1971 Stampla begins its injection moulding production for Cavis, Fiat group.
1976 Mista begins its stamping production for Cavis.
‘80 Fire acquisition allows Stampla to supply electro-mechanical components, e.g. relay, as well as injection moulding products. Mista begins to supply stamped components for electrical appliances industries such as Merloni and Danfoss.
‘90 Stampla and Fire develop and produce electro-mechanical components for automotive and household appliances industries. They also start producing insert-moulded components. Mista acquires other important European clients such as Invensys, ABB Entrelec, GE Power Controls, EGO.
Feb 2002 Stampla and Fire join to create Stampla Componenti Elettromeccanici.
Oct 2002 Stampla and Mista acquire the injection moulding plant of Valeo SDW Felizzano: Stars begins its activity.
July 2005: Stars Tunisie begins to assemble components for automotive applications.
Nov 2006: Mista, Stampla and Stars Serie Speciali join to create Mista Spa.
Mar 2007: MST acquire the Stars Tunisie assembling activities and begins the injection moulding
production in Tunisia. |
