Small metal parts stamping department

In our stamping and welding department the customer can find 42 presses - Ompsa, Sangiacomo, Bruderer, Yamada, Balconi – as well as Bihler welding systems, tempering ovens, Brankamp testing machines and dedicated tooling to automatically stamp and assembly rivets.
Our yearly metal stamping production amounts to c.ca 450 million pieces.

Thermoplastics molding department

Mista produces more than 100 million pieces per year in its molding and overmolding workshops in Cortiglione and Menzel Bouzelfa.
All together in the plants there are around 65 vertical and horizontal presses from 50 to 320 tons, as well as bi-injection ones from 75 to 110 tons.

Assembling department

Mista has dedicated manual/automatic assembling lines for the production of electromechanical components in Italy and in Tunisia.

Tampo printing

In our plant in Menzel Bouzelfa a whole section dedicated to tampo printing is available where 5 pad painting machines are in use: 3 of them print with 2 colors, one with 4 colors and one is dedicated to print bigger parts (till 500 mm).
Moreover our department is provided with heated ovens to the warm-up the painted components.
